WORKSHOP 01: BODY OF WORK
JULY 13, 2026 @ 7 PM EST
Creativity is not chased. It's hosted.
How many of you feel stuck in your art, stuck in your body, stuck spiritually, and demoralized about the state of the world all at once?
It's time to talk about why.
Artists are athletes. Art needs your body.
The body's primary function is to support creativity. Our world treats inspiration like a high to be chased — frantic bursts, working to burnout, then crashing in the name of artistry.
Every durable spiritual tradition — the Yoga Sutras, the Gospels, the Tao Te Ching, the Bhagavad Gita — knew the body was the linchpin of the spiritual life and the creative life.
This workshop builds a map from the ancient texts and cutting-edge research, for the modern artist.
-
Artist as athlete, body as linchpin
Ancient body wisdom across world religion, mysticism, and the old warrior traditions
The body as a window into your creative work
WORKSHOP 02: FINANCE FOR ARTISTS
TOOLS & SYSTEMS
JULY 27, 2026 @ 7 PM EST
t's time for a mature conversation about money, content, AI, and marketing — the whole material machinery of a life in art.
Art school taught you to make the work. It said nothing about how to live off it. Modern artists live with a false choice: stay "pure," broke, and unseen — or sell out, surrender to the machine, and slowly grow alienated from your own vision.
Meanwhile the world is demanding that artists be more than artists. That means making money, sharing the work, and impacting your audience — all at once.
This workshop is the third option: the tools and systems to do it without losing the thread of why you make art in the first place.
-
Marxist philosophical perspectives on artistry, money, and capitalism
Selling your art with integrity
Turning your idea into a business
Content and marketing as extensions of your vision
Using AI and productivity systems with creative integrity
Building systems that work for you — machinery carries vs. consuming the maker
REVIEWS FROM PAST STUDENTS
"An absolute life and game-changer. All the things you would need to inspire creative change. Community, accountability, education, conversion, challenges, routines, and an aspiring sage of a leader in Vanessa.
—Kyson Dana“This course helped me so one of my biggest psychological blind spots. The prompts and weekly lessons helped me develop a new relationship with a hidden part of me. It's a blend between shadow work and creative expression with a weekly pep rally. Vanessa teaches like a preacher, seeing her message as something bigger and more important than herself. It's beautiful to witness and deeply activating for everyone to feel that energy.”
-Sarah Beard“Ms. Aldrich's depth of knowledge and facility with the component parts of the creative process is nothing short of a tour-de-force. Her ability to navigate and illuminate the creative journey is remarkable.”
-Kevin Mills “Never in my life have I been surrounded by so many inspiring people that are on the same journey. Would 10000% recommend.”
